I bought a dishwasher,oven,gas cook top and microwave. I contacted several contractors and appliance installers to get some information and quotes. When I contacted Jessie I was really impressed with his passion and genuine honesty. He answered all my questions and let me know he would be available the next day. He gave me a quote that was lower then most of the estimates I got but I decided to go with him because of his caring personalty. He arrived at my house and was so very professional and went about his work and installed all the appliances in a very short time. The oven was a problem as the last unit was installed about 15 years ago and he had to do some modifications to make it fit. There was no extra charge and it looked beautiful when he finished. He cleaned everything up and hauled it away. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Jessie to anyone that needs a professional appliance installer. His experience his honesty and his quality of work couldn't have been better and me and my wife couldn't be happier. If your looking for a true professional you can trust then I highly recommend Jessie.
I don't usually write reviews but I want people to know it is rear to meet someone that actually does what they say and takes pride in there work. I will pass his name on to everyone I know that may need his service. He is truly a rare find.

Jesse had wonderful professionalism and patience when installing my built-in refrigerator. The job presented many obstacles and took much longer than anticipated, but Jesse took the time and thoughtful effort to make sure the job was done right. I would most certainly recommend Pro Appliance Installers!

Jesse was very professional. He hooked up a brand new GE dishwasher and a brand new GE stove. He took his time to make sure everything worked well after hooking up both appliances. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

I just had a great experience with Jesse Rodriguez of Pro Appliance Installers. I needed to replace an old damaged gas stovetop with a new GE stainless steel stove top that I recently purchased. After a quick online search I found Pro Appliance Installers. Jesse answered the phone and told me that he had an available appointment time the next day. He gave me an estimated price, by phone, which was competitive with other estimates that I recieved and came the next day with all of the equipment necessary to do the job including heavy equipment to cut the tile and cement counter top (and brought a gas line connector that was not included with the new stove). He was polite, neat, quick, and efficient. He described all of the work that he going to do in advance, quoted a fair price consistent with his previous phone estimate, and finished the job like a consummate professional. When completed, he cleanned up everything and hauled away all the waste. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him for appliance installation.

Jessie.
I had Jessie install my new microwave and remove the old one. He measured the hanging plate to make sure it was in the middle. He did a great job. The next day he returned to hang my TV on my bedroom wall. He measured to make sure the TV would be centered by my dresser. He thought that the TV was hung a little low. He wanted to change it, but I thought it was fine.
He is very careful not to make a mess. He cleans up after himself. Great Job.
I will have Jessie back the next time I need something installed

Jesse did a great job installing a brand new microwave I had purchased. He was friendly, efficient and got it done quickly. He covered the work area and further cleaned up around after installation process. I will definitely call him again for all my future installs and will gladly recommend Jesse to anyone!

We had a gas dryer delivered on a Saturday, but the big-name store installers couldn't install the dryer so they left the dryer outside our laundry area without hooking it up and told us we had to install it ourselves. We called Pro Appliance Installers because the online search showed that they do same-day installations. Jesse Rodriguez showed up at our house in less than two hours and had our gas dryer installed within 10 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and had everything he needed to do the job. He was very accommodating when we asked for his assistance to install some replacement dryer vent in the garage. The charges were reasonable and the warranty was 4X longer than offered by other companies. Because of Jesse, we were doing laundry in no time. The big appliance stores that are out there could learn a few things from Jesse. We were very happy with is service and highly recommend him.

Jesse was on time and unbelievably knowledgeable. He literally had to dissect a large refrigerator to get it through the door and then reassembled it in my home. He was so prepared for the job at hand and even brought the necessary extra equipment to accommodate this job. He was professional, courteous and respectful. He had the experience and know how of a person twice his age. I have never been so thrilled to have a contract worker in my presence. Thank you Jesse for your professionalism and courtesy. I would recommend Jesse to my friends and family a 100 times over.

Long story short after ordering from a Big Brand store, and explaining we had a very strange place to fit both machines, I was left with a stacked washer and dryer in the middle of the room. The Dryer was not connected because they did not supply a gas line long enough. I had just moved from out of state and had a huge pile of laundry to do, and 2 days to do it as my Husband was going away on a business trip, and I didn't know anyone to ask for recommendations! I called Jesse and he came out that afternoon, he kept me updated on his arrival time. He was very professional, polite and did a wonderful job, I could not be happier with the service I received. As another reviewer said the big-name stores could learn a thing or two from Jesse, mainly excellent Customer Service. Will definitely use Jesse in the future and recommend him to anyone.

I e-mailed Jesse on a Sunday morning expecting a response the next following week. To my surprise he immediately contacted me and later that day my wife and I were enjoying a new Samsung stove and range hood that Jesse had promptly installed in my Cerritos home. Jesse responded by phone within 15 min and my husband & I needed same day service for a Bosch microwave/convection oven to be installed over a cooktop. Our tile man was arriving the next day to do our backsplash and we needed this installation before he could tile.. Jesse said he'd be there at 2pm and he showed up and did a perfect install along with the vent. We will definitely be calling him back. Do not hesitate to call him, you will not be disappointed

I had a painless quick over the range microwave install today!! Dani and Robert were very friendly, knowledgable, respectful of my home, and just a pleasure to have. They also brought to my attention a small problem that occurred during shipment of my product from the manufacturer. I had let them know I'm kind of a perfectionist so even though it was small they pointed it out. The service and product knowledge was really on point. I would definitely hire these guys again as well as refer them. I literally found this online yesterday called and they came this morning. I never write reviews but felt these guys deserve credit where it's due! Jesse was the one coordinating it all from afar and he has answered a million questions and texts promptly! Thanks guys!!

Jessie is a true professional who puts his customer service first. He responded to my need for one of my rental properties almost immediately, quoted me a price based on a typical installation which was fair. When it took nearly 3 times the amount of work and time to do an outstanding job he didn't try to negotiate a higher price, which he truly deserved. I would highly recommend him for any appliance job to anyone needing an honest contractor for their home or business. Well done Jessie!

Jessie was so responsive and is a great communicator. Robert and Nate who installed our new Sub-Zero refrigerator did a fantastic job for a very complex built-in installation. Their attention to detail and follow through exceeded our expectations. During the install we discovered an unforeseen plumbing issue. They insisted on waiting for the plumber and the proceeded to complete the work through that Saturday evening. We highly recommend Pro Appliance Installers!!

I just had a great experience with Pro Appliance, Jesse was very thorough in the preparation stage of our project. We made an agreement up front on what the job would entail and the cost. Sight unseen except for measurements and photos exchanged via text he explained exactly what i needed and gave a fair estimate for the work. He sent Robert and Nate, two members of his crew, who were extremely professional and attentive. Robert kept me informed throughout the installation process and always explained what was coming next. In all they removed my ancient built in stove and vent, and installed slide in stove with microwave above it, as well as completely installing a dishwasher for me which included cutting out cabinetry and electrical work. The job was done perfectly and completed in one day. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project.

Just had stove and wall unit refrigerator installed this week. Both Thermadore. A 36 inch oven, 18 inch Freedom column freezer and 30 inch Refrigerator connected together as one. All look just great.

I highly recommend using Pro Appliance for this type of work. The owner Jesse is a terrific guy that explained to me all the details I needed and answered all my questions. Never have I experienced something like this, like zero pressure and willing to answer all my detailed questions as I am the one that prepared the cabinetry that houses the monster appliances they installed.

Now comes the lead installer, Robert. Another home run here. What a careful, gentle and considerate fellow he is. Takes his time and makes sure all is in correctly and aligned perfectly. I was given a wrong size door handle, Robert returned as soon as he heard I got the right parts and finished the job. We are very pleased with the people we dealt with and the installation itself. the refrigerator alone consumed two guys a full day, it's that involved ! Requires a lot of building at the site, our kitchen.

Thank you very much Harry and Jimmie. On Sept. 14, I had a wall oven installed. Harry and Jimmie worked dilagently, they incounted a few problems ; however they very professional, and did what they had to do to get the job done. I would recommend them for future installations. Pro
